Sion Sisters and Brothers in Brazilian countryside mission.
Last week, the brothers and sisters of Sion together held a mission in the countryside of Brazil (São Sebastião do Paraíso), in one of the oldest parishes of Sion in Brazil (Nossa Senhora de Sion).
Sion candidates from formation houses of Castro (PR), Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo were sent on mission, along with sisters from Aracaju and Rio de Janeiro. In the parish seven groups were made to be sent to different communities. The mission began on Saturday (July 22) and concluded on Friday (July 28), with Mass and procession.
Sr. Zezé dos Santos, NDS and Fr. Donizete Ribeiro, NDS participated in the opening Mass and in the closing of the mission.
